Each bar is a 10-point band of the total; colour shows the compliance grade.
Grade mix
Share of stores in view by compliance grade.
Audit volume and average score by day
Bars = assessments completed. Line = average score that day.
Average score by division
Division inferred from the GPS fix recorded at submission — approximate.
Period on period
Average score by month, for stores assessed in each period. Ignores the Period filter so the trend stays visible.

What the watchlist is failing at
Gap in percentage points between flagged stores and everyone else, question by question. The top of this list is the fastest network-wide fix.
Where the flagged stores are
Count of flagged stores by division, with the share of that division's stores flagged.

Category score by group
Overall score by group
Bars show the average of each store’s latest visit. The count in brackets is stores, not assessments.
Category profile, best and worst group
The two groups furthest apart on total score, compared category by category.
Where the gaps are widest
Every group and category combination, ranked by how far it sits below the network average. This is the list to work down.
Category compliance profile
Score achieved as a share of the points available in each category.
Points lost per audit by category
Average points forfeited out of the category maximum.
Ten biggest point leaks
Average points lost per audit on a single question.

How this is measured. For every store with at least two assessments inside the filtered window, the dashboard compares the two most recent ones. The Basis switch does not apply here — the comparison always needs both visits.
Distribution of score change
Change in total points between the last two assessments of the same store.
Where the movement came from
Average point change per re-audited store, by category.
Same assessor vs. different assessor
A change of assessor between visits mixes real movement with grading style.
Days between visits vs. score change
Each point is one store.
Store-by-store movement

Why this matters. Audit coverage is uneven, and thin coverage is a blind spot: a store visited once in the window never appears in the Improvement Tracker, so nobody sees it slipping. In this data the least-visited stores are also the weakest —
Flag stores
visited at most
How many times each store was visited
Distribution across the window. A well-covered store gets one visit per audit cycle; the left tail is the coverage gap.
Average visits per store by division
Which zones are thinly covered. The dashed line is the network average.
Coverage watchlist
Trend shows the store’s score across every visit. Severity: most exposed moderate watch
Why this matters. A store’s score is a product of the store and the person grading it. Assessors sitting far from the pack — or reporting almost no spread across dozens of visits — are worth a calibration conversation before their scores drive action.
Calibration map
Average score against spread of scores. Bubble size = assessments completed. Cross-hairs mark the network average and the median spread.
Average score by assessor
Assessors with 10 or more assessments, ranked.
Assessor detail
Spread is the standard deviation of the assessor’s own scores, in points.

Store scorecard
One row per store. The bars show that store’s score in each category as a share of the category maximum. Visit counts and the first → latest change always use every visit in the window, whichever Basis is selected.
Update the data
Export the survey responses to Excel, then drop the file here. Nothing is uploaded anywhere — the file is read inside your browser.
Drop the .xlsx export hereor click to choose a file — you can select more than one
When the file loads:
Optional: store mastera sheet with Site Code plus Zone, Region, Format, Ownership … — replaces the GPS guesswork
Add keeps what is already loaded and appends the new export. Assessments already present are skipped, so re-loading the same file changes nothing.
Replace clears everything first — use it when you want one clean period only.
Once the numbers look right, use Save this dashboard to write a new HTML file with the data baked in. Next month, open that file and repeat.
